RRC are able to design and deliver high-quality training, materials and consultancy services through the support and partnership with our network of highly-experienced tutors. Bringing a wealth of experience to their work with us, our associate tutors ensure that RRC continues to deliver the most up-to-date knowledge and advice possible.
RRC's Lead Tutors work with the Product Development team to provide expert advice and support to ensure all RRC materials and courses not only meet the requirements of the syllabus but cover the content to the highest quality possible.
Alongside supporting course development, the Lead Tutors act as support and mentors to our wider tutor network, ensuring that our courses are delivered to the high standard expected.

Zoe has been involved in health, safety and the environment for over 20 years, having completed the NEBOSH Certificate before progressing to the Diploma - where she received the best candidate award for both Diploma Part 1 and Part 2. Today, she is a Consultant, a trainer and has been a NEBOSH examiner. Her real interest lies in human factors because she believes people can be an organisation's greatest asset - but also their greatest challenge. She is also fascinated by the meticulous detail of health and safety law and is an unashamed safety nerd.
Based in Newcastle, Zoe combines heading up the Health and Safety team with looking after her two children and training for her passion for triathlon, having completed her first ironman distance event in 2015.
With over 20 years' experience working in Environmental Management, John is an experienced environmental tutor. A regular course writer for RRC, John enjoys the diversity of Environmental Management because it covers many different disciplines and requires a knowledge of science, policy and legislation (which is sometimes quite complex). He takes a real satisfaction from helping students achieve qualifications, improve their work prospects and increase their confidence.
In his spare time, John is a keen road cyclist and enjoys watching football and rugby.
Kevin started his working career before the Health and Safety at Work Act came into force. He was actively involved (from the start!) in making sure the workplace was safe both as a worker and Production Manager. Kevin's career culminated with him being the Lead Safety Practitioner for Birmingham City Council. Kevin is one of our longer serving associates and has taught every health and safety course RRC offers. Kevin now supports the Course Development Team as a subject matter expert and acts as Lead Tutor for Construction and Fire Safety related courses.
Based in Leicestershire, Kevin enjoys walking his dog ‘Teddy’ and learning even more about health and safety.
To support us in delivering our courses, providing online support and assisting in keeping our materials up-to-date, RRC work with a wide range of Associate Tutors. Bringing experience from their own practice in both Health & Safety and Environmental Management, all associate tutors go through a rigorous interview process to ensure they are delivering the highest quality training to our Learners.
