RRC also offer the only IEMA certified ISO 14001 Internal Auditor course that can be completed fully online. This is alongside our IEMA 14001 Awareness and Implementation Online courses. With courses available by ClassroomLive Online and Online Learning, RRC offers the flexibility to ensure our learners can make training work for them.

IEMA COURSES

IEMA is the world’s largest membership body for environmental practitioners and are well-known for their ongoing efforts to transform the world to sustainability. Their courses are aimed to split into two groups, one for environmental practitioners and the other for all levels of an organisation looking to build a culture of sustainability.

ISO Courses

ISO standards are designed to provide organisations with guidance to help them better manage aspects of their business practices which have been agreed upon by a global panel of experts.

For those looking to implement ISO 14001 standards in their organisation, RRC offers a range of Online courses. This includes the only IEMA certified fully-Online internal auditor course.

CITB Courses

The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) are the public body set up to help the construction industry in the UK better attract and develop talent, including maintaining a range of standards for the construction industry.

Alongside the Site Safety Plus health and safety courses, RRC is a CITB Approved Centre for the Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS) training scheme for in-company delivery.

RRC Accredited Short Courses

Along with offering all of the above courses for in-company delivery, we can also provide a range of short courses to our corporate clients. These focus on a specific environmental management and sustainability topic, typically taking 1 day to complete.

    Yes, RRC offer the majority of our courses for Online self-directed study. These courses are designed to provide a flexible, interactive course which guides you through the syllabus materials. For those not looking to travel for their course, but wanting live, scheduled delivery, our Live Online courses are ideal. Find out more about Live Online in the video above.

  • How long does an environmental management course take to complete?

    The time it takes to complete depends on which course you are taking, as well as how you are planning to study. You can find the estimated study hours for online delivery, as well as the duration for our scheduled Classroom and Live Online courses on each course's individual page, or in our Course Brochure.

  • How much does an environmental course cost?

    Prices vary depending on the course you are studying and the learning method. Pricing for each course can be found in the Course Dates and Fees on each course’s page.

  • What does NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner mean?

    RRC are delighted to have been evaluated as a NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner, the highest level in the NEBOSH Learning Partner programme.

    NEBOSH introduced a Learning Partner Programme in September 2019 which recognises those Learning Partners that provide learners with the best possible learning experience.  

    All NEBOSH Learning Partners have been classified based on their performance against the programme’s principles which represent global best practice in the provision of course tuition and support. The key principles are:

    • Ensure all learners understand what is expected of them and what they can expect from their Learning Provider
    • Create a learning environment that is engaging and encourages interaction that is appropriate for the course and type of delivery
    • Provide accurate course materials and continually update and improve them
    • Ensure tutors are qualified, knowledgeable, competent and engaging
    • Give learners feedback on their progress and provide appropriate support
    • Review course delivery and learner feedback and action as necessary

  • Can I spread the cost of my environmental management course?

    Course fees can be paid in up to a maximum of 4 monthly instalments. For UK-based customers, instalments can be paid over 10 months. Click here for more information.

  • Which environmental management course should I study?

    The best course will depend on your existing knowledge and experience, as well as which style of learning you prefer. You can find out details of the educational level, course content and assessment style for RRC's environmental courses on the individual course pages, or in the course brochure.

    An important consideration is also whether you want to gain IEMA membership. The IEMA Foundation Certificate and IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management both include access to the relevant membership levels. Currently, the NEBOSH environmental courses do not provide access to IEMA membership.
