RRC's NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Managing Stress at Work qualification will give learners the knowledge to be able to recognise the causes and effects of stress; identify the risks within their workplace; and apply suitable interventions to prevent and reduce stress.
It is suited to anyone responsible for managing and reducing work-related stress within their organisation including, Human Resource, Line Managers and Health Safety Professionals.
The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Managing Stress at Work was developed in conjunction with the health and safety regulator for Great Britain, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Managing Stress at Work consists of one unit which must be successfully completed within six months to achieve the qualification.

It is important that learners have a suitable standard of English language in order to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus.
NEBOSH recommends that learners undertaking this qualification should reach a minimum standard of English equivalent to an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or higher in IELTS tests.

The course is assessed through a 20 question multiple choice assessment. The exam is open-book and requires a 60% mark or higher to pass.

Live Online is delivered in real time through Zoom and is very similar to a classroom course. The tutor will deliver the course with breaks to allow time for group work, exercises, and private study.
Online & elearning are just different words for the same thing, and mean a flexible, self study course delivery with tutor support that can be accessed via email. Distance Learning, means learning at a distance but is commonly used to describe the more traditional paper based study, RRC do provide the complete study text which you can download and study off line thus giving you the option of how you study the course.
