Industry Training Solutions is a New Zealand based organisation founded in 2001. ITS is pro-active nationwide with government & community organisations and is known for its learner-centric approach – the learner and their achievement being at the heart of everything we do. 

Our mission is simple: to deliver quality training. We seek to offer meaningful solutions that create lasting impressions for our students. 

With focus on schools, corporates, community groups, and social agency clients, Industry Training Solutions Limited (ITS) typically provide short, half to five-day programmes across the country based on unit standards that meet some of the key compliance requirements for industry. 

Governance is led by Poppy Clapperton (Director) with a proactive executive team who work well together. This enables continuity management with good delegations. There have been no significant changes to the structure of the organization since the previous New Zealand Qualifications Authority audit. 

Clarity of vision and purpose link well to organisational expertise and capability, and the programmes offered. There is a shared philosophy and values across the organization. 

ITS has several current sub-contracting agreements with other organisations who use ITS accreditation to deliver courses for learners.
